Follow these six simple steps to enroll your child at Vinecare Schools.
1. Obtain Your Admission Form
Begin your journey by getting a copy of our official application form. You have two convenient options: Online: [Download the Admission Form here] to fill out at your own pace. OR In-Person: Visit our School Administrative Office to pick up a physical copy and take a quick tour of our campus.
2. Submit Your Application & Documents:
Once filled, submit your completed form in person at our front desk. Please include the following necessary documents: Photocopy of your child’s Birth Certificate. Recent Passport Photographs of the student, & Previous Academic Reports or transcripts from their last school.
3. Schedule the Entrance Assessment: Every child is unique. We conduct a friendly assessment to understand your child’s academic standing and place them in the perfect class. You can book this immediately at the front desk when submitting your form.
4. Receive Your Official Offer Letter: Following a successful assessment, our admissions team will review the results. If successful, you will receive an official Letter of Admission Offer via email or a phone call.
5. Secure Your Spot (Fees & Acceptance): Pay the non-refundable Acceptance Fee. Make arrangements for the Tuition and School Fees before the term begins.
6. Begin Your Journey at Vinecare! Get ready for the first day of school! Pick up your child’s uniforms, textbooks, and orientation pack from the administrative office. We cannot wait to welcome your child to their new home for learning.
